Our coffee shop is located at: 450022 State Road 200, Callahan FL 32011. Monday-Friday 6am-6pm, Saturday 8am-1pm. Our mobile coffee trucks are available for contracted events.
We serve handcrafted coffee beverages including; espresso, lattes, cold brew and frappes as well as bakery items.
Fresh Roasted Coffee
We roast all of our coffee beans locally here in Callahan! Our beans are roasted carefully by hand in small batches to bring out the optimal flavors of each coffee. We only serve high quality specialty coffees reaching above 81+ points for the cupping score. Unlike stale supermarket coffees which are often months old, we roast each batch fresh to order. The Perfect Roast
We use a full city roast for most of our coffees, this brings out the optimal flavors of the coffee without causing it to taste bitter or burned. Each coffee is roasted carefully by hand in small batches to ensure the best possible roast profile for each coffee.
